Finally the wheels of justice start turning, 43months later!!

Justice denied for family of murder victim

JOHANNESBURG - A Johannesburg mother has given up believing she'll ever see justice for her son's murder, but not because the police have no leads.
There was an eye-witness.
And CCTV footage of one of the suspects is in hand.
Jayesh Hari took three shots to the head at his Glenvista home, south of Johannesburg, in 2009.
Two years previously, he'd installed CCTV cameras around his house, convinced he was a target for murder.
eNCA has a copy of the footage from the night he died -- one suspect looks straight into the camera.
The police have this footage too, but, four years on, they are either deliberately burying the case or they just have no interest in pursuing it.
Hari's mother, Sushila, who was witness to the tragedy has never been called in for an identity parade.
"The first time when I gave a description, that was it.  And they weren’t wearing masks which I thought was a good idea, that I can, definitely I’ll recognize them," she said.
Sushila believes her son was the target of a hit, since nothing was taken from the house.
"They just walked into the house took Jayesh into the room, shot him and they walked out."
eNCA has been chasing the case since 2010.
Despite clear footage of the perpetrators, not one arrest has been made, and no straight answer has been given to the family.

Murder investigation stalls despite evidence

JOHANNESBURG - A family in Johannesburg say police have failed them.
The Hari family lost one of its own, Jayesh, when he was killed in his Glenvista home in 2009.
The incident was captured on CCTV footage and there was an eyewitness, yet four years have passed and the family claims no arrests have been made.
Mondeor police have not even updated the family about investigation progress, the family says.
eNCA has regularly sent e-mails and made several calls to the police to inquire about the case but all attempts have failed to produce results.

eNCA's Megan Small-Lubke has the full story - watch the video in the gallery above.
